Feel Like Yourself Again

Caring, one-on-one therapy tailored to your body so you can get back to moving comfortably and feeling your best.

Fascial Counterstrain: Finding the Source of Your Discomfort

A gentle, hands-on way to help your body let go of deep-seated tension and pain.

Fascial Counterstrain (FCS) is a gentle way to help your body stop holding onto pain. When you get hurt, your nerves, muscles, and even your organs can go into a 'protective mode' that doesn't always switch off. This can lead to lingering stiffness and tender spots that just won't go away.
During a session, I’ll gently move your body into comfortable positions to help those tight structures finally relax. By taking the pressure off, your pain often starts to fade right away. We’ll double-check those tender spots together to make sure you're actually feeling better before you leave.

Good for:

• Old injuries

• New strains

• Stiff joints

• Tummy troubles

• Stress and knots
